Shipping policy

This policy explains delivery for CHOUOL orders within the United States. All prices below are in US dollars.

Where we ship

We currently deliver within the United States. Orders are dispatched from 12143 Bonwood Rd, El Monte, CA 91732-3808, United States.

Preparing your order

Order preparation takes 1–3 business days. Our processing days are Monday–Friday. The order cut-off is 5:00 PM Pacific Time on those days. Orders received after the cut-off or on a non-processing day enter processing on the next business day.

Delivery options and charges

These are flat shipping charges per order, rather than per pair. No free-shipping threshold applies. Selecting Express shortens the estimated carrier transit time; the 1–3-business-day preparation period still applies.

Business days are Monday–Friday. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed appointment dates. The selected shipping charge and any applicable taxes are shown in the order total before payment.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated preparation period, we will contact you with a revised dispatch estimate and explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If you do not agree to a delay, we will refund the unshipped merchandise and associated charges as required by applicable law.

Tracking and delivery questions

When an order is dispatched, its shipment information will be provided using the contact details on the order. If tracking appears delayed, an address needs attention, or a parcel has not arrived as expected, contact us so that we can investigate. A delay does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
